Safety Health and Wellbeing offering opportunities for Mindfulness practice to support individual resilience and build connections. Join with the University community in the iconic MacLaurin Hall and experience present moment awareness. Feel the benefits and the power of practicing in a group.

Jane Cox, mindfulness Educator and Coach, will led practice to the beautiful music of Carolina Cuenca playing live on the Viola and Jane Stewart playing the Celtic Harp.

    Carolina Cardoza B.A. in Music (majoring in Viola), performs in orchestra’s Nationally and Internationally. Carolina’s passion for music and movement has taken her to create cycle of concert called “meditation in sound”. Carolina works at University of Sydney in the Faculty of Agriculture.
